July and August

 

July and August for our family looked a lot like this…. lots of swimming in the backyard and hanging out in our pjs.  My boys just loved getting to know baby Jane.  They were so involved in everything we would do for her.  They also gave me lots of extra snuggles in my bed while we watched movies.  I was surprised how patient they were with our ubrupt change of pace in our lives.  We were in baby survival mode and they were fine with it! They really were angels.  Bless their hearts.

 

 

     

       

Grandma Knudsen came for a visit!  We had a blast playing with her and enjoyed her cooking and taking the boys to do fun things!

   

 

Jane Ivy Knudsen

In September Jeremy blessed Jane.  Lindy came back for a quick visit for the blessing and to rescue me while Jeremy went out of town for a week.  I was so happy to have her help.  It was the most beautiful blessing and one I will never forget.  The thing that touched me the most was that she would remain close to me and follow my example.  I just know we are going to be best friends.  The spirit was so strong and she was sweet as can be during the blessing.  Love her.
