Happy Halloween!

Okay, I know today is Thanksgiving so obviously I am super late in posting this.  Let’s back track shall we?

Halloween was super fun!  The boys got to trick or treat with their cousins for the first time ever.  It was really cute to watch them all together.  Max was Captain Jack Sparrow per his request.  This was the first year that he was old enough to tell me what he wanted to be.  And he was dead set on being a pirate.  He loved wearing his costume and even let me paint on a beard!  Kyler was a golfer, for no reason other than the fact that he wont keep a costume on and this was just an argyle sweater, shorts, socks, etc.  And a darling pair of golf clubs (which he wouldn’t carry) to complete the ensemble.  Anyways, the boys had a great time trick or treating around Grandma and Grandpa Knudsen’s neighborhood.  Then we headed up to my parents house for Chili, cookies, and a little more trick or treating.  It was so much fun enjoying Halloween with our families. 

 

              

Playing with Friends

I loved getting together with my friend Kendall while we were in Utah.  And I’m convinced that we would play almost every single day if I lived there.  She is one of my very best friends and she also happens to have 2 boys that are exactly the same age as my boys.  Our youngest boys were even born on the same day.  So when we get together it’s the perfect play date for everyone… especially the mommies.  I got the cutest little pictures of our boys together while I was there.  But none of Kendall and I, because we were both in our PJ’s.  She’s that kind of friend.  The kind that let’s me come over in my pj’s and invade her house…letting our kids run wild while we drink diet dp/coke and laugh.  Love her.

Enjoying the Beautiful Utah Weather

Finally, I am trying to catch up on blogging and post the rest of our pictures from our Utah trip in October.  We had gorgeous weather for most of our trip so we got to play outside a ton!  You could tell my boys had been deprived of outdoor playtime for far too long because while we were in Utah they spent every minute they could outside.
