December was such a fun month for our family! We loved getting Christmas decorations up, doing Elf on the Shelf, and other little Christmas things. We went to Utah for two weeks which of course was the highlight of December. But before that we were able to pack in a few other fun holiday things. We took a weekend trip with our friends to Sea World in San Antonio, we went to see the kids Christmas movie “Guardians” at an outdoor movie theater (my boys first time, they were ecstatic!), drove around to look at Christmas lights, baked goodies for the neighbors, the list goes on.
Max and Daddy took on the task of baking and decorating Christmas cookies for the neighbors.
Random bath times
Drive in movie to see the Guardians with with Petersens and Jones
Taking pictures with my sicky boy Kyler to show daddy. Popsicles make it all better
Every Sunday I peak into nursery and these two little sweeties in the corner playing. Love them.

SEA WORLD!
Our weekend trip to San Antonio with the Jones and Petersens was a blast! The kiddos had so much fun playing around in the hotel room, riding a ferry boat down the Riverwalk in San Antonio, and of course at Sea World. My favorite memory of this trip is Max riding the Atlantis water ride at Sea World. He was finally tall enough and boy was he excited! Jeremy rode with him while I stayed back with poor, short Kyler. Next year buddy. But I died when I saw Max come down the ride! There he was front row with Jeremy, both of them had their arms up in the sky and he had a pure look of joy and excitement on his face. He loved it so much, that he kept wanting to ride it. I think he rode it at least ten times with Jeremy. It was oh so cute. Kyler and I also got to go on a few little kiddie rides together while they did that. It was a blast! And of course being at Sea World during the holidays was so fun. They had Christmas shows going on all day, played Christmas music, and the whole place was decked out in lights. It was the perfect way to kick off our December!

Poor sleepy baby after our long day. He was out before we even got out of the parking lot.
