The first week of May, Jeremy and I got to go on an early trip to celebratre our ten year anniversary! Collin and Ally were so sweet to come stay with our kiddos. We decided to go to Mexico because we only had 5 days to go, and it was only a 2 hour plane ride away. We started off our trip getting some breakfast at Ruby’s in the airport. By 11 am we were in Playa Mujeres enjoying our vacation! We stayed at an all inclusive resort which was just our speed. We were totally lazy on the beach every. single. day. All day long waiters would bring us food and fancy drinks. It was pure Heaven! It was so fun to try all the restaurants at the resort. Every meal felt like date night without kiddos. We also ordered dessert from room service every night. Because we could. Crème brulee and tres leches every. single. night. We stayed in a beach front casita which is basically like it’s own little beach house with a private plunge pool on the roof. A-mazing. So basically to sum up our trip we had a blast being super lazy on the beach together and eating wayyy too much food. We will definitely have to go back!
